Just a quick note to let you an your company know how happy we are with the new Carrier system you installed. As you know we had three other companies come to the house and bid a new system for us. They all wanted to replace the system with larger units because our old system was never able to cool the house like we wanted when the temperature reached the 100-degree marks.

When I showed you around our house you immediately noticed that we did not have enough return air going into the system. This was not just your opinion; you proved it to me with your return air gizmo! We were able to downsize the system and add another return air duct. I expressed my concerns about reducing the size of our system so you guaranteed the system to be to our satisfaction or Comfort Inc. would replace the system with a larger unit. That is what sold me!

The new Carrier system is much quieter than our old one and I'm sure much more efficient. As you know we had one minor issue in the installation, which your company remedied quickly. I won't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone!
